Made for the worst weather
BAVN cameras are being built for the harshest climates. Rain, snow, frost, heat or dust, they are designed to keep performing, year after year.
In development · Pilot sites wanted
BAVN cameras watch construction sites, yards and remote sites. They spot intruders and alert your phone in seconds. The AI runs on your site, in the BAVN main brain, so it keeps working without internet.
How it works
Seven steps, from the first footstep to your phone. Every decision is made on site, in the main brain, so detection keeps working even when the internet drops.
Setup
Simple, secure and fast to set up. Three steps from unboxing to your first alert.
Place the main brain on site and fix the cameras to a pole, fence or wall. Battery or plugged in, both work.
In the app, draw with your finger around what to watch, or what to ignore.
If someone enters a watched area, your phone gets an alert with a photo. Nothing else to do.
Try it
BAVN watches the whole camera picture from the start. Draw by hand around anything you don't care about, like the pavement outside your fence, and it stops alerting you about it.
Watching the whole picture.
Detection
Built for sites where a missed intruder costs real money, and a false alarm at 3 a.m. costs your trust.
Plugged into site power, BAVN watches every frame, day and night. On battery, a motion sensor wakes the cameras the moment someone moves.
The main brain follows each person and confirms over several frames before you hear about it. Shadows and passing headlights are filtered out.
Each alert shows a photo, the zone and the time, so you know what is going on at a glance.
Built to last
BAVN is made for the sites other systems give up on, and it keeps getting better the longer it runs.
BAVN cameras are being built for the harshest climates. Rain, snow, frost, heat or dust, they are designed to keep performing, year after year.
The AI is trained on as many situations as we can find, from day and night to rain, fog, crowds and empty yards. It knows a person when it sees one.
Every pilot we run and every image BAVN analyses helps train a better model. Each improvement makes the whole system better, for every site.
Works offline
Most smart cameras send their video to the cloud to be analysed. When the connection drops, they go blind. BAVN cameras send what they see to the main brain, a unit that stays on your site, so every decision is made right there.
Internet down: the camera is blind, and nobody is told.
Internet down: still detecting. The main brain raises a local alert on site and sends everything to your phone once the connection is back.
Progress updates
We're building BAVN in the open. Get a short email when we hit a milestone: the first prototype on a pole, the first pilot sites, the launch.
Pilot program
BAVN is an early-stage startup, and the technology is still in development. We're looking for a few sites to run early units and help shape the product before launch.
What we ask in return: honest feedback, and a short check-in now and then.
Read why we're building BAVNNot yet. BAVN is in development. Join the pilot program to be among the first sites to test it.
Prices aren't set yet. We'll set them before launch. Applying for the pilot program is free and non-binding.
Setup is simple, secure and fast. Place the main brain, fix the cameras to a pole, fence or wall, switch them on and draw your zones in the app. For pilot sites, we do the setup together with you.
BAVN keeps watching. The AI runs in the main brain on your site, so detection doesn't depend on the connection. The main brain raises a local alert on site, saves every event, and sends them to your phone as soon as the connection is back.
No. BAVN can run on battery. On battery, the cameras use a motion sensor that wakes them when someone moves, and they send what they see to the main brain to check. If your site has power, plug it in and BAVN watches every frame, around the clock.
No. BAVN looks for people, follows them, and confirms over several frames before it alerts you. Movement from wind, shadows or headlights is filtered out.
Your footage is checked and analysed on your site, in the main brain. Alerts with a photo are sent to your phone, and data from our sites is used to train our models and make them better.
